Started during the pandemic, South Philly Sweet Tooth was created to make life a little sweeter. We love to help our customers celebrate all of life’s moments, both big and small! With options for pick-up in South Philly, as well as customized gift boxes available for shipping nationwide, we have something for everyone. When is my order confirmed?

You will receive confirmation for your order via email after your google form submission is reviewed. All payments are due, in full, 48 hours prior to pick up.

How do I order?

All orders can be placed using the google form on our website. If you would like to inquire about ordering an item that you do not see listed, please reach out to us via email (southphillysweettooth@gmail.com) or Instagram direct message (@southphillysweettooth).

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders can be picked up at our location in South Philadelphia. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the address and set a time for your pick-up.

How and when do I pay?

When your order is confirmed, you will receive a quote and a link to pay via credit card. We also accept Venmo: @Erin-McCrosson. All payments are due, in full, 48 hours prior to pick up.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Shipping is available for cookies, macarons, cake gems, and custom gift boxes. Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per box. You can select a delivery request on your order form! All other orders must be picked up in South Philly.

I want to send my order as a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer specialized gift wrapping, including personalized notes. Request gift wrapping on your order form, and we can customize your gift to meet your needs!
